Profile of activities of the Section:

The fundamental objective of the work undertaken by the Law Section is the search for solutions that enable Polish law on occupational safety and health to be adjusted to the provisions of the directives of the European Community.

The result of this work is the proposals of the methods of implementing the provisions of the directives in Polish legislation and draft laws harmonised with the provisions of the directives.        The analysis of the new legal solutions also leads to the definition of the directions of scientific and research work, required to ensure the implementation of the requirements in the practice of employers.      Expert studies and opinions are also prepared in the Section related to the new legal solutions in the area of occupational safety and health.
